NOTICE OF MEETING
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Salem Conservation Commission will be held on July 16, at 6:30 p.m. via remote participation in accordance with Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023.
Important Announcement:The public may participate, listen and/or view this meeting while in progress via the remote participation platform Zoom, through any one of the following ways:

Members of the public attending this meeting virtually will be allowed to make comments during the portion of a public hearing designated for each item. Members of the public will be asked to use the virtual “Raise Hand” function in Zoom to indicate that they would like to provide comment through on of the following ways:
- Enter *9 on phone dial pad to raise your hand if you are using the toll-free phone number, proceed to enter *6 to unmute when called upon to speak.
- Click the “raise hand” button if you are using the Zoom application on a computer or phone.
Providing Public Comment Before the Meeting:
Members of the public may email their comment no later than four hours before the start of the meeting to rvresilovic@salem.com.
The Zoom webinar will open 15 minutes before the start of the meeting to allow participants to connect and practice the audio and raise hand functions.

- 36 Clark Street – Continuation of Public Hearing – Request for Determination of Applicability for Bayron Almanzar for the installation of a fence, playground, and above-ground pool with the addition of dirt at 36 Clark Street (Map 7, Lot 5) within an area subject to protection under the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c.131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance.
- 57 Wharf/201 Derby Street – Continuation of Public Hearing – Request for Determination of Applicability for Pickering Wharf LLC for demolition and construction of existing condominium structure located at 87 Wharf Street and 201 Derby Street (Map 34, Lot 408) within an area subject to protection under the Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance.
- 20 Amanda Way – Public Hearing – Request for Determination of Applicability for David Arrowsmith. The project consists of work on a rear deck. The site is located at 20 Amanda Way (Map 9, Lot 322) within an area subject to the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c.131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance.
- 20 Colonial Road – Public Hearing – Request for Determination of Applicability for Dean Apostoleris. The project consists of installing Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Stations for delivery vans. The site is located at the Amazon Distribution Warehouse at 20 Colonial Road (Map 24, Lot 121) within an area subject to the Salem Wetlands Protection and Conservation Ordinance.
- 26 Hardy Street – Public Hearing – Request for Determination of Applicability for Scott Patrowicz. The project consists of the expansion of a deck. The site is located at 26 Hardy Street (Map 41, Lot 307), within an area subject to the Wetlands Protection Act MGL c.131§40 and Salem Wetlands Protection & Conservation Ordinance.
