Be advised that pursuant to City of Salem Municipal Ordinance Section 24-31 “Camping”, the below emergency shelter has been made available to unhoused members of the Salem community.

All beds at the above facility are issued through referral only. Please contact the Salem Police Department at (978)-744-1212 and ask for the Community Impact Unit. Let the call taker know you are requesting emergency shelter.
At this time, the above ordinance is in effect, and camping is prohibited on public property. See Section 24-31 for full details.
