Please note, the City of Salem is transitioning to a new platform for both the enforcement and collection of parking tickets. Please bear with us as we work to import all the data from our previous platform. Some tickets may not appear on our payment site at this time. Payment can be made in person at Salem City Hall Collectors Office, by mail to City of Salem Collectors Office 93 Washington Street Room 4 Salem, MA 01970 or through our drop-box located to the left of the front stairs of Salem City Hall.
Marked parking tickets can be paid online by credit or debit card and will be cleared with the RMV electronically within 24 business hours.
Tow and Hold parking tickets must be paid by CASH or MONEY ORDER to the Collector's Office at Salem City Hall.
